Gov. Roy Cooper issued to extend NC’s Stay At Home order through May 8. This order will also extend the closure of restaurants for dine-in service and bars and closure of other close-contact businesses are also extended through May 8.

The North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association (NCRLA) has launched a relief fund to provide fast access to cash for restaurant and hotel workers immediately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Governor Cooper has signed an executive order that will free up restrictions to allow those whose jobs are affected by the spread of COVID-19 to apply for unemployment benefits.
